摘要 The present invention provides an LED solar street lighting system having a power device using a charge/discharge mode conversion device and a secondary battery, which enables most efficient power supply. The system of the present invention comprises: a lamp post (901); a street lamp (903); a solar cell (904); and a power device using a secondary battery, which includes two or more secondary batteries capable of being charged or discharged, an inverter (30) inverting some or all of the DC output voltage of a secondary battery in a discharge mode when any one of the secondary batteries is intended to be discharged to make a transmission to a load, and a charging unit (40) charging the other one of the secondary batteries with the other power source including at least a solar cell power source at a particular time unlike the inverter, wherein the power device includes: a means for checking the presence or absence of power for the inverter (30); a means for checking the presence or absence of power for the solar cell; an inverter power switching circuit unit (321) transmitting the output of the inverter to a load when the output voltage of a secondary battery is in a normal state; a conversion means continuously converting the output of the inverter into the output of the solar cell power by using power of the load when the output voltage of a secondary battery is not in a normal state to convert the secondary battery of the power means into a charge mode; and a control unit (330) controlling the checking means, the inverter power switching circuit unit, and the conversion means, wherein the control unit again continuously converts the output of the solar cell power source (400) into the output of the inverter by using power of the load when a secondary battery returns to a normal state.
