The present invention is an improved ′a surface treating agent composition for high coloring and shortcut process′ registered (registration number: 10-1009660) by earlier application by the applicant. The present invention relates to a non-halogen type surface treating agent composition for high coloring and shortcut process, which is added with a thermoplastic polyurethane compound and acids by replacing a chlorinated polyolefin graft polymer used in the earlier registration patent. According to the present invention, the non-halogen type composition is capable of performing improved discoloration resistance with respect to an application region of a coloring coating agent, excellent adhesive properties between an injection mold component and a coloring coating agent, and omission of a complicated pretreatment process, thereby simplifying a process, reducing costs, improving a work environment, and stabilizing adhesive properties regardless of the composition of the coloring coating agent.
