The present invention relates to an antiseptic composition for wet tissue and wet tissue comprising the same, without browning phenomenon, with excellent antiseptic effects, and with low frequency of bubble generation and generation of palm up phenomenon. According to the present invention, the antiseptic composition for wet tissue has excellent antiseptic effects with respect to brukholderia bacteria generated in a manufacturing process of wet tissue. In addition, an amount of bubble generated is reduced even if cetylpyrydinium chloride is contained, and generation of palm up phenomenon is reduced. In addition, the wet tissue manufacture by using the antiseptic composition for the wet tissue comprising cetylpyrydinium chloride has effects improving the existing browning phenomenon generated. |
