A high-voltage switch circuit comprises: a high-voltage switch which transmits voltage of an input end to an output end in response to voltage of a control node; a first transistor which electrically connects a first node with the control node in response to an inversion activation signal; a second transistor which supplies a first high voltage to the first node in response to a activation signal; a third transistor which is connected in parallel to the second transistor, and controlled by the control node; a discharge transistor which discharges the control node; and a first level shifter which changes the swing level of a preliminary activation signal to generate the activation signal and the inversion activation signal.
