An objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a motor connector assembly which can maintain sealing even when a gap is caused by a difference in thermal expansion coefficient between a metal electrode body and a synthetic resin. To achieve the objective, the method for manufacturing a motor connector assembly used in a control motor comprises: an electrode body pre-injection molding step of inserting an electrode line and a signal line connected by a connection unit into a pre-injection mold and then injecting a molten resin into the pre-injection mold to manufacture an electrode body on which a pre-injection molding unit is formed; an electrode trimming step of removing the connection unit formed on the electrode body; an electrode body mold inserting step of inserting the electrode body in a main mold consisting of an upper and a lower mold and having a protruding unit for forming a penetration unit; a main injection molding step of mounting the main mold, and then injecting the molten resin into the mold to manufacture a connector assembly consisting of a base on which the penetration unit is formed and the electrode body; and a sealant sealing step of inserting a sealant into the penetration unit to seal the penetration unit. |
