The present invention relates to a fluid cooling device for improving cooling efficiency by using double heat exchange by a forced air flow and water evaporation. A fluid cooling device for improving cooling efficiency according to the present invention includes heat radiation plates which are separated from each other at a predetermined distance; a fan which is formed in back of the heat radiation plate and forcibly moves air from the front part of the heat radiation plate to the back part; a tube which is formed on the front side of the heat radiation plate and has a water injection hole formed in a vertical direction; a pump which is connected to the tube and pumps condensation liquid water which is discharged from conditioning equipment of an operating room and is stored in the water storage tank; and a controller which controls the pump operation. |
