PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic reaction system which optimizes contact between an electroconductive paste and an underlying substrate so as to achieve improved solar cell efficiency, without being so aggressive as to damage an antireflection layer and a p-n junction.SOLUTION: An inorganic reaction system comprises a lead-bismuth-tellurium composition of formula (I): Pb-Bi-Te-M-O, where 0<a, b, c and d≤1, a+b+c+d=1, 0≤d≤0.5, a:b is between about 5:95 and about 95:5, a:c is between about 10:90 and about 90:10, b:c is between about 5:95 and about 95:5, (a+b):c is between about 10:90 and about 90:10, e is a number sufficient to balance the Pb, Bi, Te, and M components, and M is one or more additional elements. An electroconductive paste composition contains the inorganic reaction system and an organic vehicle. A solar cell production method comprises applying the electroconductive paste composition to a silicon wafer, and firing the silicon wafer. |
