<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier that is enlarged in band and enhanced in linearity to suppress the group delay deviation.SOLUTION: A differential amplifier 1 has a transistor Q1 having a base connected to a non-inverting input terminal IN+ and a collector connected to an inverting output terminal OUT-, a transistor Q2 having a base connected to an inverting input terminal IN- and a collector connected to a non-inverting output terminal OUT+, a resistor R1 connected to a power source terminal VCC and a resistor R2 connected to the power source terminal VCC, resistors R3 to R6 connected between the emitter of the transistor Q1 and the emitter of the transistor Q2, a capacitance element C1 shunt-connected to a resistor R5, a capacitance element C1 shunt-connected to a resistor R6, and a current source I1 that is connected to a power supply terminal VEE at one end of the current source I1 and connected to any node of the resistors R3 to R6 at the other end of the current source I1. The resistors R3 to R6 contain the resistors R3, R4 to which the capacitance elements C1, C2 are not shunt-connected.</p> |
