<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a seam sealing process of a piezoelectric vibrator, cracks occur in a ceramic-made case due to stress generated by a direct seam method.SOLUTION: In a process in which long sides of a metallic lid and a ceramic-made case are joined by a direct seam method, the side having a step for fixing one end of a piezoelectric vibration piece of the ceramic-made case is made to be a starting point and the side having no step is made to be a final point, thereby preventing cracks from occurring in the ceramic-made case due to stress generated by the direct seam method.</p> |
