摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material for optics capable of improving light extraction efficiency and enabling sufficiently high efficient light extraction without installing a light extraction layer to a substrate surface, and a light emitting element using the same.SOLUTION: A fine uneven structure constituted by scattering a plurality of dot aggregates, is formed. In each of dot aggregates, a plurality of dots at lattice points of a square lattice structure, are separated from each other, and dots are arranged at nano-order pitches. Each dot is positioned at a lattice point of a position vector mMi+Pi+nMj+qj for a reference dot 3a. At least part of adjacent dot aggregates has an interval of one or more lattice point.</p>
