The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for recovering data in a Microsoft SQL server database, the data recovery apparatus being configured to recover a verified record by receiving a data file from the database, deriving schema information from the data file, identifying an unallocated area within a page of the data file, extracting a deleted record from the unallocated area using the schema information, and verifying the deleted record using the length value of the record. |
