The present invention relates to a haptic feedback device using a piezoeletric polymer. The present invention comprises: a film vibrator; a touch sensor array installed at an upper side of the film vibrator; and a film vibrator controller for sending an operating signal to the film vibrator to generate a fretting vibration when a touch signal is detected from the touch sensor array. The present invention can implement a haptic feedback function using a thin film type film vibrator even without forced pressing by a user.
