Disclosed are an ingredient box apparatus of an intelligent kitchen range and a flipping mechanism therefor. The ingredient box apparatus comprises a cooktop (1), an ingredient box component (3) mounted above the cooktop (1) and a driving apparatus (2) below the cooktop (1). The driving apparatus (2) drives the movement of the ingredient box component (3) by meshing with the ingredient box component (3) via a gear and a rack. A flipping mechanism (4) grabs an ingredient box (32) via an electromagnetic magnet (441) to move and flip same. The ingredient box apparatus occupies little space on the cooktop (1), is simple to use, and is suitable for a domestic kitchen. The electromagnetic magnet grabbing method of the flipping mechanism (4) is firm and reliable and saves on space. |
