A mower, particularly, but not exclusively for use with plastic mulch, comprises a substantially cylindrical body that is mountable to a powered vehicle, such as tractor. The body supports a motor and one or more angled blades are coupled to and driven by the motor to cut plant material in the ground and extract the plant material upwards through the body. Embodiments comprise a floating linkage coupled between the body and a frame assembly which attaches to the powered vehicle. |
