The invention relates to a nutritional supplement comprising: a) between 9 and 17 wt. % of Spirulina maxima alga; b) between 20 and 40 wt. % of concentrated whey protein; c) between 10 and 40 wt. % of protein isolated from soya; y d) between 20 and 40 wt. % of coconut in powder form. The pharmaceutical form of said nutritional supplement is a powder for reconstituting a solution, a suspension, an emulsion, capsules, tablets, flakes or fruit-enriched bars, and can be used to improve the nutritional state of people who suffer from a rheumatic disease.
