The present invention relates to a safety syringe including a filter member that filters an ampoule fragment, introduced into the syringe through an injection needle when the syringe is filled with injection liquid of an ampoule, in an injection process to prevent the ampoule fragment from being introduced into a human body. The safety syringe including the filter member of the present invention comprises: a cylinder (1); a plunger (2) inserted into the cylinder; an injection needle fixing tube (100) coupled to the front end of the cylinder; a filter member (400) installed in the injection needle fixing tube to filter a foreign substance contained in an injection liquid; and a gasket (500) that is mounted on the front end of the filter member to move back and forth and discharges the filtered injection liquid to the injection needle fixing tube while being moved forwards by the pressure of the injection liquid discharged during injection. |
