Provided are a secure data interaction method and system, the method comprising: a terminal and a background authenticate each other, and respectively generate a first session key and obtain the identifier information of an intelligent cryptographic device, and the terminal and the intelligent cryptographic device authenticate each other, respectively generate a second session key, store the user information into a pre-established current user list, obtain the transaction request information, and transmit the transaction request information to the intelligent cryptographic device; utilizing the second session key to conduct a decryption calculation and/or an authentication checking calculation on the transaction request information to obtain the transaction information; the intelligent cryptographic device prompts the transaction information, receives a confirmation command, and generates transaction confirmation information; the terminal utilizes the first session key to conduct encryption calculation and/or the checking calculation on the transaction confirmation information to obtain a transaction data packet, and transmits the transaction data packet to the background; utilizing the first session key to conduct decryption calculation and/or the authentication checking calculation to obtain the transaction confirmation information; and the background authenticates the transaction confirmation information, and executes the transaction after the transaction confirmation information passes the authentication. |
