The Eco-Maxa therma-form panel according to present application comprises an internal plate assembly, an external plate assembly, an assembly purline (7) creating a concrete core cavity for receiving a concrete core and keeping the internal plate assembly and the external plate assembly together, wherein the internal plate assembly comprising an internal cladding skin (5) for lining up an internal wall, an internal skin reinforcement plate (2) for holding concrete pressure before it set, an internal concrete expansion shield (6) for separating the concrete core from the internal skin reinforcement plate (2), wherein the external plate assembly comprising an external cladding skin (1) for lining up an external wall, an external skin reinforcement plate (2) for holding concrete pressure before it set, an insulation core (3) for saving internal energy and protecting the concrete from external environment, and an external concrete expansion shield (6) for separating the concrete core from the insulation core. The Eco-Maxa therma-form panel is a light-weight sandwich panel created by bonding hard-wearing, fire & moisture resistant and insulated MgO board or other fire & moisture resistant composite board. |
