<p>The present invention, relates to a veterinary composition comprising dimethicone and cyclomethicone and isopropyl myristate and a spot-on device comprising the veterinary composition and the use of the veterinary composition for the treatment of flea infestation. The present invention also relates to a method for the preparation of the veterinary composition comprising the steps of (a) mixing dimethicone with cyclomethicone; (b) adding a portion of the total amount of isopropyl myristate and mixing; (c) adding benzyl alcohol and mixing; and (d) adding the remainder of the isopropyl myristate.</p> |
