The present invention relates to a device of controlling a reflecting plate which emits sunlight to an interior space or shields it in a building or a house. More specifically, an operation structure is improved when controlling an angel of the reflecting light, and a smooth operation of a wire is maintained when controlling the angle of the reflecting plate due to securing structural safety; thus securing driving safety. Also, the connection structure of the wire and the reflecting plate is improved; and after an elevating operation, the movement of the reflecting plate is prevented, thus securing the safety of operating the reflecting plate.
