摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer electrolytic composition arranged so as to be able to form, on a surface of a lithium metal, a protection film which enables both of the achievement of high ion conductivity at atmospheric temperature and the suppression the worsening battery cycle life characteristic.SOLUTION: A polymer electrolytic composition comprises: a block polymer (D) having at least one block (A) selected from a group consisting of a polyolefin block (a1), a polyester block (a2), a polyamide block (a3), a polyimide block (a4) and a polyurethane block (a5), a polyether block (B) having a number-average molecular weight of 500-5,000, and a block (C) consisting of a residue obtained by removing two carboxyl groups from a dicarboxylic acid with 3C-24C, which is included in neither the block (A) nor the block (B); and a lithium salt (E).
