PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezo element drive circuit capable of properly driving a pair of piezo actuators used for piezo motors in an opposite phase.SOLUTION: The piezo element drive circuit for controlling voltage on a piezo element used for piezo motors. The piezo element drive circuit is included in the piezo motor and is coupled to a piezo element pair in series which are driven in an opposite phase with each other to control the voltage at an intermediate point of the piezo element pair. |
