an oxygen scavenger; and at least one polymer material that is suitable for the preparation of flooding fluid for use in enhanced oil recovery, wherein the composition is in powder form and wherein said oxygen scavenger is present in an amount at least great enough to provide a flooding fluid having a level of dissolved oxygen that is less than a detectable amount. |
