摘要 Provided are an FeZSM-5 molecular sieve and a synthesis process therefor. The process comprises: taking a mineral having a low ratio of silicon to aluminium and/or a mineral having a high ratio of silicon to aluminium to activate, respectively; wherein the activation of the mineral having a low ratio of silicon to aluminium is to uniformly mix with a sodium hydroxide solution, and then dry; wherein the activation of the mineral having a high ratio of silicon to aluminium is to treat by calcining; taking the activated mineral having a low ratio of silicon to aluminium and/or mineral having a high ratio of silicon to aluminium to mix with sodium hydroxide, water and a template agent and crystallize, and controlling the feed amount such that the molar ratio meets: 0.05-0.4 Na2O:1 SiO2:0.02-0.5 Al2O3:0.004-0.1 Fe2O3:10-80 H2O; cooling and filtering the product obtained by crystallizing, washing the filter cake with water until neutral, and drying to obtain the FeZSM-5 molecular sieve. The present invention may not only significantly reduce the production cost for synthesizing the molecular sieve, but also greatly increase the green property and the atom utilization rate during the synthesis, and the obtained molecular sieve has more outstanding physical and chemical properties.
