The present invention relates to a method for screening a therapeutic agent for premature rupture of membranes and, specifically, to a method for screening a therapeutic agent for premature rupture of membranes by making a wound in the amnion tissue of the isolated placenta, treating the wound with a therapeutic agent candidate and culturing the amnion, and then selecting a therapeutic agent candidate, which is confirmed to promote the healing of the wound, as a therapeutic agent for premature rupture of membranes. The present invention has no ethical problem since the amnion discarded after childbirth is used, and is useful in screening a therapeutic agent for premature rupture of membranes, having excellent validity since the therapeutic agent can be easily screened in an environment similar to the interior of the human body. |
