PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate support information for supporting the disaster prevention activity of a user by a server, and to provide the support information to the user when a fire or an event such as an equipment failure occurs in a disaster prevention facility installed in an institution.SOLUTION: In a disaster prevention activity support system, a server includes: a support information generation part for storing support information generated on the basis of an event signal indicating an event in association with a user ID as information for identifying the user of terminal equipment to which the support information should be provided in a storage part; and a transmission part for extracting the support information associated with the user ID from the storage part, and for transmitting the support information to the terminal equipment of the user corresponding to the user ID, and the terminal equipment includes: a support information acquisition part for acquiring the support information associated with the user ID of the terminal equipment from the server; and a display part for displaying the support information acquired by the support information acquisition part, and the display part displays the image of the drawing of the facility as well as a display message related to an activity corresponding to the event as the support information. |
