PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyamide compositions.SOLUTION: The compositions contain nylon-6 (PA6) or nylon-6,6 (PA66) as a chief ingredient and comprise melamine cyanurate, glass fibers, and non-fibrous and non-foamed ground glass having specific particle size distribution, geometry and optionally sizing. Also provided are production and use of the compositions for producing products for the electrical industry, preferably electrical components, further preferably residual current circuit breakers and other circuit breakers. |
