A wearable scribing system includes glasses with a camera, speakers, a microphone and a display which communicate information to a remote system via a receiver/transmitter device. A scribe at the remote system inputs the information into an electronic health record. The wearable scribing system enables direct physician to physician communication.

a. capturing video content and audio content using glasses with a camera, a microphone and a display; b. communicating the captured video content and audio content from the glasses to a receiver/transmitter device; c. sending the captured video content and audio content from the receiver/transmitter device to a remote system; and d. inputting electronic data related to the captured video content and audio content using the remote system.
