The present invention addresses the problem of providing a composite material which exhibits high adhesion between a sheet layer and a curable resin layer or film layer, high strength and high transparency. Provided is a composite material obtained by laminating a curable resin layer or film layer on one surface or both surfaces of a sheet layer, which contains ultrafine fibers having an average fiber width of 2-1000 nm, via a coating layer. |
