This thermoplastic elastomer composition is characterized in containing a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer in a base oil, the base oil having a 40℃ dynamic viscosity of from 5 mm2/s to 75 mm2/s, a flash point of 150℃ or higher, a maximum value of 3.0 or lower at a wavelength from 190 nm to 350 nm in the ultraviolet absorbance, and an aniline point of 120℃ or lower, and in containing 500 parts by mass or more of this base oil per 100 parts by mass of this styrenic thermoplastic elastomer. |
