This combined-blade-type open flow path device is a liquid flow path device that has a plurality of adjacent flow paths (6), wherein the liquid flow path device is characterized by having a substrate (2) that constitutes the bottom portion of the flow paths (6), and a plurality of blades (3) that constitute side walls of the flow paths (6) by being positioned upright on a surface of the substrate (2); the plurality of blades (3) being positioned upright across gaps (5) from the upstream-side to the downstream-side of the flow of a liquid (4); it being possible for the liquid (4) to be guided through the flow paths (6) adjacent to the gaps (5); and having one end of each of the flow paths (6) be in contact with the liquid (4) enables the liquid (4) to flow.
