The present invention relates to a blind having a solar light collecting function, of which one side is formed to collect solar light and the other side is formed to reflect solar light so as to use the blind with different functions according to the season, and the blind comprises: a fixed part fixed to an upper portion of a window or a door; and a blade plate driving part of which one side is fixed to the fixed part, and which links a plurality of blade plates so as to enable the blade plates to be folded or unfolded, wherein the blade plates comprise: a reflective plate; a first heat dissipating part spaced at a certain distance from the reflective plate so as to face the reflective plate; a second heat dissipating part provided between the reflective plate and the first heat dissipating part; and a heat collecting part arranged at an outer surface of the first heat dissipating part. Thus, an inexpensive and simple installation of the present invention enables solar light to be collected during a heating operation so as to heat indoor air, thereby improving heating efficiency. |
