The busbar voltage measurement circuit comprises: a battery circuit (21), a busbar positive pole measurement circuit (22) and a busbar negative pole measurement circuit (23); a first terminal (221) of the busbar positive pole measurement circuit (22) is connected to the busbar positive pole (211) of the battery circuit (21); a second terminal (222) of the busbar positive pole measurement circuit (22) and the reference ground (213) of the battery circuit (21) are connected to a same ground; the rated voltage ratio of the busbar positive pole measurement circuit (22) is the first rated voltage ratio; a first terminal (232) of the busbar negative pole measurement circuit (23) is connected to the busbar negative pole (212) of the battery circuit (21); a second terminal (231) of the busbar negative pole measurement circuit (23) and the reference ground (213) of the battery circuit (21) are connected to a same ground; the rated voltage ratio of the busbar negative pole measurement circuit (23) is the second rated voltage ratio. The busbar voltage is obtained by performing calculations on a first voltage, a second voltage, the first rated voltage ratio, and the second rated voltage ratio of the busbar positive pole measurement circuit (22) and the busbar negative pole measurement circuit (23), thereby solving the problem in the prior art of voltage difference caused by single board connections and enhancing the busbar voltage measurement precision.
