PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material sheet capable of being processed precisely at a target position even when the base material sheet is shrunk.SOLUTION: The device for generating a base material sheet 7a which has a stretchable sheet pertaining to an absorbent article and a low-extensibility sheet with lower extensibility than the stretchable sheet and performing processing on the base material sheet 7a to manufacture a composite sheet includes: a generation device for generating the base material sheet 7a by fixing the stretchable sheet at least to the low-extensibility sheet while conveying the stretchable sheet; a reference part formation device for forming a physical reference part; a shrinkage device 30 for shrinking the base material sheet on which the reference part is formed; and a processor for performing processing on the shrunk base material sheet. The shrinkage device 30 includes a modification device 37 for modifying a conveyance state of the base material sheet 7a on a conveyance route on the basis of the conveyance route, a sensor and a signal detected by the sensor. |
