PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle temperature control device which enables the efficiency improvement of a refrigeration circuit, and to provide a vehicle air conditioner and a battery temperature control device.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle temperature control device included in a vehicle air conditioner 1 includes a low water temperature circuit 3 in which a low water temperature coolant circulates. The on-vehicle temperature control device includes a refrigeration circuit 2 which includes a compressor 20, a condenser 21, an SC condenser 23, an expansion valve 24 and an expansion valve 25, an evaporator 26, and a refrigerant-water heat exchanger 27 and conducts temperature control of a temperature control object. The low water temperature circuit 3 includes a sub radiator 312 which radiates heat of the low water temperature coolant which has been subject to heat exchange with a refrigerant in the SC condenser 23. |
