<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flange part of an exhaust pipe and a noise eliminator from contacting with a fuel tank during a rear-end collision of a vehicle and concurrently improve the layout flexibility of the fuel tank in an exhaust system of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A fuel tank (5) includes an inclined wall (24) extending from a wall surface of a vehicle crosswise direction end part to the oblique rear side and the inner side of a vehicle (1) in a plan view of the vehicle (1). An exhaust pipe (18) includes an inclined pipe part (25) which extends from the outer side to the inner side in the vehicle crosswise direction along the inclined wall (24). A flange part (21) of the exhaust pipe (18) is disposed in the inclined pipe part (25). A stay (15) is disposed at the vehicle front side of the inclined pipe part (25) which is positioned at the rear side relative to the flange part (21) of the exhaust pipe (18).</p> |
