Starting from the arrangement used for any type of rotary internal-combustion engine, the invention includes at least one second chamber, in which a secondary rotor (17) moves, said secondary rotor acting as both a first counterweight that stabilises the engine and as a compressor for managing the intake and exhaust operations of the engine, with air being stored in a compressed air tank if required, substantially improving engine performance. Although the above-mentioned chamber can be included in any type of rotary engine, the invention provides for its use in a two-stroke rotary engine. |
