A temperature measuring structure of an induction stove, comprising a countertop (1) provided with a mounting hole (11), a connection cap (2), and a temperature sensor (3). The connection cap (2) is mounted on the mounting hole (11) of the countertop (1). The temperature sensor (3) is connected to the connection cap (2). The material of the connection cap (2) is silicone and has its upper surface tightly attached to a cookware body. The connection cap (2) has a certain degree of upward flexibility. This ensures that the top of the connection cap (2) is in reliable contact with the cookware body, thus implementing accurate measurement of temperature. Also, the temperature measuring structure allows the stove surface to be of an integrated structure, thus facilitating cleaning and organizing of the stove. |
