The present invention provides a black rice pizza dough without flour and yeast and with good flavors and textures maintained for a long time and, specifically, to a rice pizza dough including black rice and a method for producing the same, wherein the rice pizza dough is obtained by kneading a mixture of: 20 wt% of glutinous black rice powder, 48 wt% of white rice powder, 8 wt% of gluten, 6 wt% of hydroxypropyl starch, 1 wt% of whole milk powder, 2 wt% of sugar, 0.5 wt% of oil, 0.5 wt% of refined salt, and 14 wt% of refined water. |
