<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet fixing nut turning tool enabling an operator to work more easily and more efficiently when tightening a faucet fixing nut in a narrow space on the back side of a top plate of a sink or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The faucet fixing nut turning tool 1 includes: a ring-like head 2 having in its inner peripheral portion a fitting opening 21 fitted with the faucet fixing nut N; a head holder 3 disposed around the head 2 to hold rotatably around a vertical shaft; a transmission shaft 4 installed rotatably around a horizontal shaft on one side of the head holder 3 and whose one end being coupled with the head 2 through a gear mechanism 22, 41 so as to synchronize with the head 2; an operating handle 5, an upper end of which is coupled with the other end of the transmission shaft 4 through a ratchet mechanism 50, which can rotate the head 2 through the transmission shaft 4 by swing operation in the vertical plane; and a support grip 6 installed in a hanging manner to the other side of the head holder 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
