<p>This video processing server is provided with: a packet reception unit that, via a packet forwarding device on a mobile network, receives a plurality of video signals imaged by a plurality of cameras and delivered to the mobile network; a video generation unit that corrects the plurality of video signals using parameters representing the attribute differences between the plurality of video signals, and that newly generates video signals from the corrected video signals; and a packet transmission unit that, via the packet forwarding device, delivers the video signals generated by the video generation unit to a portable terminal that can connect to the mobile network. When the video processing server combines the video signals received from a plurality of portable terminals or a plurality of fixed cameras via the mobile network, and transmits the result to a portable terminal, the portable terminal can replay the post-combining video signal without reducing image quality.</p> |
