摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hollow fiber membrane for gas separation, which has a sponge structure. The method for manufacturing a hollow fiber membrane having a sponge structure with improved pressure resistance according to the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a dope solution including polysulfone as a polymer, a good solvent, a non-solvent consisting of 2-buthanol and methanol as a first additive, and a metal salt as a second additive; discharging the dope solution and a bore liquid via a double or triple nozzle spinneret and spinning the solutions into the air having an air gap to form a hollow fiber; immersing the hollow fiber in the previous step of forming the hollow fiber in an external bore fluid to solidify, wind, wash, dry, and then mold the hollow fiber into a hollow fiber membrane; and coating the hollow fiber membrane with a coating solution including polydimethylsiloxane. The hollow fiber membrane for gas separation prepared by the method of the present invention can efficiently separate target gases in a biogas separation process, a natural gas refining process and retrieving of greenhouse gases such as sulfur hexafluoride and carbon dioxide operated under high pressure and has improved mechanical properties and high durability.
