The present invention provides a seat folding apparatus for a vehicle and a foldable seat having the same. The seat folding apparatus comprises: a folding operation part installed on one of multiple sheets, which have a hinge part to be foldably connected with each other, to be rotated; a locking part installed on the hinge part, connected through the folding operation part and a cable, and receiving an external force from the cable through a rotational operation of the folding operation part to maintain or release a folded state of the multiple sheets; and a cable guide part installed on one of the multiple sheets and interconnected depending on the movement of the cable to guide the movement route of the cable. The multiple foldable sheets are connected and the movable cable is allowed to stably move when a folding is performed, thereby securing a longer lifespan of the cable and preventing a fault in the folding unit. |
