<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption device of stream cipher, a decryption device of stream cipher, an encryption method of stream cipher, a decryption method of stream cipher and a program that implement secure and efficient authentication. <P>SOLUTION: An initial key and an initial vector are read in, and an initialization process is performed. A key sequence generation process is next performed to generate a key sequence, an exclusive OR operation is executed on the generated key sequence and a plaintext to generate a ciphertext, and the generated ciphertext is sequentially input into two divided message authenticator creating memories and a circulation is performed with the plaintext all at zero after the input of the plaintext.
