[Solving Means] In a capture unit 20, a reception unit 21 receives a capture image from a camera 10 and stores the received capture image in a transmission queue 22, and a transmission/reception unit 23 transmits the capture image to an image processing unit 30, as well as stores the capture image in a buffer 24. In the image processing unit 30, a transmission/reception unit 31 receives the capture image and stores the capture image in a buffer 32, an image analysis unit 33 determines whether the capture image includes a defect image, a defect information generation unit 34 generates defect information for identifying the defect image, a transmission/reception unit 31 transmits the defect information to the capture unit 20. In the capture unit 20, the transmission/reception unit 23 receives the defect information, an image extraction unit 25 extracts the defect image from the capture image on the basis of the defect information, and a transmission unit 26 transmits the defect image to a result storage unit 40.</p> |
