Food packing for fast food, comprises a tray 2; and an upwardly extending sleeve 3 with open top and bottom ends, that is attached to opposing side walls of the tray and the part extending above the side walls is separable by a line of weakness. Preferably, the lower end of the sleeve is adjacent to the base of the tray; may be attached to single or both pairs of side walls; and the line of weakness (made by scores, perforations or tear strip) is on the side walls, so the side walls are detachable with the sleeve, alternatively, the sleeve is wholly detachable by a circumferential line of weakness adjacent to the side walls. Preferably, the tray has a rectangular base and two opposing side walls, comprising an aperture 8a with a hooked, hinged tab 10, to connect opposing sides and form a handle. Preferably, it formed of paper or cardboard and flat packed. |
