<p>The present invention simplifies access control for each user. Upon receiving first identification information expressing a user and second identification information expressing a transmission-source node (3), a setting means (1b) obtains, from an information processing device (2), third identification information expressing a destination node (4) for which access is allowed, according to the first identification information, and stores, in a storage means (1a), the second identification information and the third identification information as a combination for which the relay of data is allowed. When relaying data (3b) containing the identification information for the transmission-source node (3) and the identification information for the destination node (4), a control means (1c) determines whether or not to relay the data (3b) on the basis of the information stored in the storage means (1a).</p> |
