<p>In an image-generating apparatus 3, a detecting section 120 detects a time variation state in a physical state of a target region with respect to a dynamic image (frame image) in which the target region is chronologically captured; a diagnosis assisting information generating section 150 carries out analysis based on the time variation in the physical state of the target region and generates the analysis result as diagnosis assisting information. The analysis results are two pieces of diagnosis information including, for example, exhalation and inhalation. A display image generating section 160 generates a displaying image for displaying the dynamic image and the diagnosis assisting information. The displaying image is an image including a dynamic image display portion 161 that displays the dynamic image, and a summary display portion 162 (color bar, etc.) that displays a first analysis result and a second analysis result of the diagnosis assisting information so as to be distinguishable at a glance in the time axis direction.
