The present invention relates to a fixing instrument for open-wedge high tibial osteotomy, and more specifically, to a fixing instrument for open-wedge high tibial osteotomy, which is installed on the tibia cut through tibial osteotomy, and comprises: a fixing plate including a head portion provided with a plurality of nut holes, and a thin and long plate having a plurality of nut holes and an elongated hole and formed so as to protrude from one side of the head portion; screws which are coupled to the nut holes; and a block detachably installed on the elongated hole by using a fixing screw. As a result, the instrument can be closely fixed to the tibia opened due to the open-wedge high tibial osteotomy, thereby enabling solid fusion of the tibia. |
