<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce security risks such as account information leakage from a relay server due to continuous holding of account information in the relay server. <P>SOLUTION: A relay server performs authentication for a Web server using account information transmitted from a terminal device, receives authentication information transmitted in the case of successful authentication from the Web server, and stores it in a memory.
